Registered members have access to personalized information about their Health Options Program coverage. Plus, they can contact a Health Options Program customer service representative and pay their premium online.

Once registered, you’ll have access to a website managed by Luminare Health, our partner that administers the Health Options Program’s benefits. Luminare Health offers additional customized features to enhance your member experience. For example, members enrolled in the HOP Medical Plan, Value Medical Plan or HOP Pre-65 Medical Plan can pay their premium online.
